Utilisation

For pumping of clear and light-polluted aggressive and alkaline liquids in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food-stuff industry, in power engineering, nuclear power stations and water systems.

Technical description

The single-stage centrifugal horizontal volute pump with compact impeller in modifications according to ISO 2858 / DIN 24 256 is coupled with an electric motor through a flexible clutch and a spacer. The bearing housing is available in basic or reinforced modifications. Its structure provides cooling or heating of the seal space. Other variants: cooled bearing housing, heated volute, open impeller.

Material

Volute casing, impeller and other hydraulic parts are supplied in following material variants:
- 42 2420, 42 2643, 422931, 42 2942 according to ČSN, STN
- 0.6020, 1.0619, 1.4308, 1.4404, 1.4408, 1.4463, 1.4536, 1.4581 according to DIN
- impeller can be made according to ČSN 42 3138 - DIN 1705 GcuSn10Zn2

Stuffing box

A wide range of seals variants delivered as follows:
- asbestos-free cords
- single mechanical seals
- double mechanical seals
- single and double cartridge seals
- gas seals
- deliveries completed with servicing and overflow systems
