Utilisation
The feeding CHN and CHP pumps are designed especially for feeding of steam boilers under high pressures and temperatures and belong to the most important equipment in steam generator centres especially with lower water capacity where safety and permanent operation depends on reliable run of pumps.
Technical description
The feeding high-pressure pump consists of suction and delivery part with individual stages installed between them. Total number of stages depends on required operating pressure. Compact design with footing in height of the shaft axis on the suction and delivery body eliminates dilatation which could bring negative effects to axial alignment of the whole set.
Material
The feeding CHP pumps, operating especially under hard conditions, are made of stainless steel.
Stuffing box
The shaft seals put in separate and replaceable cases with intensive water cooling, are sealed with soft cord rings.
