Utilisation
The CTX pumps are designed for delivery of clear hot water and also other clear liquids with temperature up to 130°C and pH value raging from 6,5 to 11. The standard utilisation of these pumps is in water systems, power engineering and especially in boiler houses, thermal equipment for re-pumping of condensates, delivery of warm and hot water, in circulation and feeding water systems etc.
Technical description
The multistage centrifugal horizontal CTX pumps are in configuration with radial impellers, rotor, stator, bearings and seals. The rotor consists of shaft with impellers, sealing cases and shaft bushing. The whole set includes also internal bearing rings with nuts. The stator consists of individual stages and stage jackets provided with flat sealing fixed between the suction and delivery body by means of fixing bolts and nuts.
Material
The CTX pumps are available in material modification according to LN or ON 11 0003 standards. Main parts are made of grey cast iron or structural steel, seal cases of chrome steel.
Stuffing box
The CTX pumps are provided with soft seals. The sealing material is usually chosen according to properties of the pumped liquid and its temperature. To unload the pressure the presealing spaces of the delivery and suction seals, on pumps with more stages, are interconnected.
Technical parameters
Max. temperature of delivered liquid: 130°C
Flow rate: Q = 1,1-18 l/sec
Delivery head: H = 24-192 m
