Utilisation

The LV pumps are designed for delivery of drinking and service water without mechanical impurities with temperature up to 80°C. These pumps are used especially in local and industrial water treatment plants, fire stations, pressure irrigation systems etc.

Technical description

The centrifugal multistage horizontal LV pumps are provided with radial impellers and consist of rotor, stator, bearings and seals. The rotor consists of shaft and impellers with single-sided inlet fixed with tongues, cases and nuts. The shaft is seated on both sides in ball bearings. The stator consists of stages lined up between the suction and delivery body, sealed with rubber sealing rings and put together in one unit and fixed with fixing bolts.

Material

LN modification - suction and delivery part, stages body, impellers and diffusers, covers of bearings and seals, shaft cases, spacers and flooded cases are made of grey cast iron. Shaft, fixing bolts and nuts of steel, stage cases and sealing seats are of bronze or brass.
