Utilisation

The self-priming sludge pump NFM is intended for dumping a turbid and polluted waste water of specific weight 1050 kg/m3, incidentally containing 3% rigid mechanical admixtures of its mass.

Technical description

Hydraulic part consists of undividable elements of the suction and discharge space of single free passage intake volute. The impeller is open, overhung on shaft. Between pump casing and suction socket is placed non-return flap, which prevents leakage of liquid from pump casing to suction pipe at breaking off of operation.
Mechanic part consists from bearing body, which is stuffing box part.
The rotor is situated in two ball bearings, which are lubricated by grease.
